Contact Your Insurance Company to File a Claim

1. Inform the insurance company of the date of loss and that your property has been examined by a qualified contractor who found storm damage.
2. Ask for a claim number and provide it to your Victory Restoration Project Coordinator. 
3. When the insurance adjuster arrives for an inspection, your Project Coordinator will identify all storm-related damage to your property.
4. The adjuster will submit a report to the insurance company.

Follow Up With Your Insurance Company

1. The insurance company sends you a loss summary report detailing the scope of damage.
2. Your Project Coordinator reviews the loss summary report to ensure the agreed-upon scope of damages is complete and accurate.

The Project

1. You select material and colors.
2. You and your Project Coordinator determine a construction date that best suits your schedule.
3. Your Project Coordinator oversees the entire process and surveys the project when it is finished to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Payment & Warranty Information

1. When the work is completed, Victory Restoration collects payment from you and, if necessary, notifies your insurance company to release any remaining funds.
2. You are responsible only for your deductible and any agreed-upon upgrades.
3. The Insurance company will be responsible for any supplements that we may ask for in the case something is missed by your adjuster.
4. You will receive warranty documentation and a receipt of payment in full.
